Roller Bits

It is installed on the well bore by welding, and it is a graduallytransformed stmcture in China at present. The palm of thestructure is solidly welded and not easily loosened. Theregular shape welding quantity is relatively small and thecontrol accuracy of welding angle and position is improved.

Straight shank removable type
Is a newinstallation method, which welds the matching fixtureto the well bore and then fastens the rotary drill bit to the wellbore by bolting. The palm dis-assembly and replacement ofthe structure is efficient, and the installation dimension andangle control are aocurate.However, pre-welding fixture isrequired, and the matching fixture also needs to be replacedafter wear,and the fixture can not adapt to all manufacturersrotary drill bit.
